Operating 60 tonnage to 500 tonnage injection molding machine(25 Machine) 

Material processed like a PP, HDPE, HIPS, ABS, POM, polyamide, PPR, LLDPE, PC, PPO, PPE 

Troubleshooting moulding defects like a Short shot, Flash, Flow mark, Weld line, Silver mark, shrinkage, sink mark, pin mark, warpage, Burn mark etc.

Responsible for process parameter setting and insure run all m/c as per std. 

achieve production target as per planing.

Handling all activity of the production floor manpower , Material and machine.

Prepare  Documentation related to injection molding Production. 

Train m/c operator for proper way of run m/c and quality cheking advice. 

INSTRUMENT HANDLE

Injection Molding Machine  L&T, TOSHIBA & Feromatic 60 to 500 tonage. mould like a Two plate mould, three plate mould, Hot runner mould, Semi hot runner- mould

Hot Runner System (HRTC) ,MTC & OIL MTC, Hopper dryer. cooling tower, Chiller, Air compressor.Wornier Caliper, micro meter, weight scale.
