Responsibilities: 5S in shop floor, Manpower Handling, Trouble Shooting for moulding machine(4M), Knife Changing in trimming mc, Documentation (Safety checksheet in both trimming & moulding, OSP, Attribute sheet, Moulding Checksheet, Input change record, knife change checksheet, Trimming ID checksheet, Production Order, LPMS), SAP work, 

Input arranging for Handover

Incoming Raw Material, Dimension Checking, Drop Test.

Besides, these test like Hot Air Oven, Muffle Furnance, Heat Resistance, Water Leakage, Total Height Test,

Product Dispatch also done.

MFI, Dimension checking, Strength checking (Flexural Strength, Impact Strength), VSP, VST CBC, Hydrostatic Pressure , Density Checking, Sulphuric Ash Content, Reversion Test, Opacity Testing. (Both 

HDPE & UPVC Pipe).
