Job Profile-

Professional experience in Purchase Department where my role was to create Purchase Order (PO) using SAP.

Creating Purchase Requisition (PR) for spares, services and Asset using SAP.

Regular indirect material follow-ups (IDM).

Negotiating price with the vendors / Suppliers.

Creating Vendor for new supplier using SAP.

Keeping track of Advance Payments and other payments and ensuring they are done on a timely basis.

Maintaining Database from the date of PR received till the receiving of spares / materials.

Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long lasting relationship with the existing supplier.

Checking & ensuring the stocks of regular as well as critical spares.

Assessing quotes from multiple suppliers / vendors.

Generating quote comparisons & contributing supplier selection based on them.

Ensuring the material / service s done on timely delivery schedule and keeping track on them.

Conducting audits on stores and dispatch sections regularly.

Updating the details of GST, Bank, Payment terms, etc. for the suppliers.
