Review Quality concern from mould shop. 

Ensure machine OEE.

Implement SMED process for reducing mould change time.

Control rejection and lumps.

Control machine breakdown.

Maintain IATF related all documents on m/c.

Kaizen, Pokayoke.

Ensure running components quality on the machine.

Given training to operators.
