Blown Film Formulation, Process Control and Inspection.

Process control, documentation and formulation of HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE (Slip/Non-slip) based three layer blown film production and inspection thereof (M/c- Rajoo).

Rotogravure Printing Process Control and Inspection.

Process control and documentation of ROTOGRAVURE reverse printing upon PET, BOPP, PE Film in production and inspection thereof. Customer Shade card preparation and Optimization of ink GSM through chronological analysis.

Solvent Base & Solvent Less Lamination Process Control.
