Preparation of COA, Operating Epicore Software.

Cross Checking the online dimension .

Sampling, Testing and Filling of RM, PM FG.

Update of daily basis GRN inward FG outward register.

Maintaining Control sample log book and samples of RM ,PM,FG.

Handling supplier complaints.

Resolving customer complaints timely, Reporting of quality issue with customers and vendors.

Update shade card and Drawing.

Sending DATA/CAPA/Sample required , Documents as required by HO.

Responsible of Line Clearance and Line Trail and new product development.

Reviewing of SOP ,STP and Specification

Preparation documents of External and Internal Audit.

Daily calibration of analysis balance.

Man Power Handling and maintaining 5S in company.

Responsible all machine and Equipment calibration.
