Responsible for maintenance of injection & blow molding machines make  Toshiba, Ferromatik Milacron, etc. 

Machine Maintenance & Hydraulic Maintenance  Plan & oversee breakdown maintenance, preventive & schedule maintenance within stipulated time frame.

Utility maintenance  Maintenance of utilities like air compressor, grinder, water chiller, AHU maintenance & handling.

Machine analysis  Conduction of machine analysis & reports preparation & accordingly plan required process.

Monthly review meeting reports preparation & presentation. 

Weekly reviews of maintenance.

Documentation - Report preparation for various audits  ISO & BRC, etc.

Expenses reduction  Repairing & maintenance cost reduction.

Manpower - Handling a team of approx. 40 persons.

Spare inventory  Maintaining essential spare stock while consider the department budget.
