Job Profile - Responsible for making daily production plan according to customer requirement & meeting daily production targets. Plan, organize, direct and control the daily operations. Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize OEE of production related machines. Responsible for assembly line and executing production related tasks in planning, control and trouble shooting. Ensure production as per hourly target. Implementation of 5S, Kaizen & continuous improvement related to cost, quality, moral, safety and related process. To optimize the productivity by various methods :- by continual improvement, optimum utilization of all resources (Man, Machine, Method, Material). Cycle time study of lines to increase production. Involved in TPM and muda elimination technique.
