Knowledge of test tensile strength, seal strength, bond strength, optical density, MFI, COBB value, busting strength, COF, Gloss, Shade with the help of modern instrument.

Incoming, in process and final inspection of raw material, consumable.  Updating of related record on daily basis.

Generation and analysis of rejection at all stages.

Customer complaints handling and record updating.

Approval for planned deviation.

Storage of processed job docket for a period of 6 months.
