Job Profile - Raw material Inspection of plastics granules and its disposal activates by clearing GRN  through SAP module. 

Root cause analysis of Raw material defects and escalating it to the supplier. 

Preparation of inward rejection analysis through pareto diagram. 

Preparing quality ratting sheet for suppliers at month end and circulating it to the suppliers and getting CAPA for high rejections. 

Taking care of in process and final inspection (PDI-Pre-Delivery Inspection) activities as a shift quality supervisor and monitoring shift quality activities without deviating it. 

Ensuring all quality records are properly maintained in the shop floor with traceability along with FIFO requirements. 

Monitoring in process rejections and rejection PPM by not deviating existing quality practices and quality controls through quality systems. 

Finding out quality issues and escalating it to the production team for getting corrective action. 

Attending Customer complaints at customer end and finding out root causes and sharing 8D or PCA to the customers. 

Monitoring customer complaints and poke yoke working conditions by doing periodic audits. 

Monitoring 4M change activities and hold item clearance throughout the shift and eliminating Non conformities. Preparation of one point lesson and giving awareness to the operators. 

Participate in Daily Review Meeting and Weekly Quality Meeting to address the production and quality issues. 

Attending new mould trials, new machine trials, alternate machine trials, new supplier trials and new material trial to address the quality related problem during these trials. 

Preparing dimension report and appearance approval report for new moulds and existing moulds if there is a need of alternate machine change. 

Co-coordinating the internal audits customer audits and IATF audit: 16949:2016 & ISO 9001:2015. 

Doing layer audit shift wise and finding out non conformities and closing it and doing DOCK audit. 

Responsible for preparing AOI for all characteristics as per drawing for all available moulds month wise planned vs actual through MINITAB application.
