Job Profile - Co ordinate with Production and Quality Department for

Material To Dispatch.  On Time Dispatch DO Wise/PO Wise. 

Dispatch planning of daily basis.

Prepare Sales order and create Invoices through SAP.  Customer complaint handling and Dispute

Resolution with Customers, if any.  Making proper documentation of every record.  

E-way Bill Creation.  Coordinate with Customer & Transporter if any query. 

Preparation of Stock Report on daily basis through SAP.  Maintain the Inventory of all Types of materials in F G.  Ensure to prepare monthly scrap report with COST analysis.  Handling of Dispatch Team.  FG stock physically checks on daily basis.  Maintain the Material Stock on FIFO and LIFO Basis.  Documents (invoice & challans) file after checking on daily basis.

Knowledge of Sales Return Procedure in SAP.  To Prepare and submit necessary documents relating to exports.  Experience in Inventory Management types, Transfer Postings and
