quality product.

Preparations & maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly-check Sheet & all documents for moulding.

Generating regular production outputs and efficiency reports. 

Performing functions of troubleshooting & breakdown / preventive / shutdown maintenance for bringing down moulding machines & equipment downtime to a 

minimum level. Analysis new raw material trial. Maintain 5s, kaizen and GMP in shop floor

Achieve the production target with minimum wastage and minimum power consumption.

Preparation & executions of new mould trials & preparing the standard process parameter sheet

Compliance with all safety measures to achieve the production target given by management.Leading manpower.

Perform root cause analysis & Down time analysis.
