Responsible for reducing rejection level blow from the limit set by management in the respective shift .

Responsible for mould and machine preventive maintenance as per check sheet.

Responsible for mould changeover , show improvement in changeover time .

Responsible to maintain 5S in the respective area .

Responsible to maintain all relevant check sheets related to IATF QMS storage and display whenever necessary.

Responsible for follow SOP and PPS defined for each product and action plan for deviation .

Responsible for tool trial and maintain record of diff levels of trial .

Responsible for effective utilization of man , machine and material . work allocation to available manpower .

Maintain record of mold , machine,material, man abnormality and pass information to superior .

Responsible to maintain production data of molding shop in connection with target , actual , defect wise rejection ,data of machine wise down time etc .
