Job Profile - Search potential vendors as per requirement for domestic and import suppliers. 

Raise RFQ to multiple supplier, collect the quotation compare price with quality, delivery.select a vendor, negotiate price with inco terms and release the purchase order on time through SAP/Oracle.

Understand the Machining with Fabrication Drawing process based on Design requirement, split the load to different supplier based on capability with engage.  Track order daily bases and coordinate with vendors follow up materials on time delivery.  Review quality of purchased products, if any deviation /rejection, analyses the problem discusses with internal team design and quality & resolve problem Immediately and collect 

Corrective Action & Preventive Action from supplier.  Imports supplier payment process and arranging the freight forwarder, customs clearances.

Weekly Meeting with the finance to ensure the vendor related payment issues.

Arranging Transportation for the material collection. domestic and import supplier 

Check the GRN receipts at Store against the Purchase Orders. Following the supplier payment on time.

New vendor development cost saving, lead time reducing, to avoid single sources.

Purchase planning, inventory control, MRP, and safety stock maintain for consumables.

Plan for ensure no production downtime due to material shortage and quality concerns form supplier.

Following and maintain vendor documents, vendor rejection data, and vendor rating details for audit purpose.

Team Co-ordination with relative departments (design, Planning, Quality, Store, Accounts, Service & Sales

Procurement items casting pouring, sheet metals, machined component, ball screw, spindles, guide ways, motors, electrical items, paint, packing fasteners, consumable items.
