Implementation of ISO, SOP, System Procedures, QMS, Maintenance Management at Plants, PPAP, APQP, FMEA & CONTROL PLAN

Budget Planning for the plant & projects and ensures objectives for the site are met within approved budget, schedules and quality Spec.

Performing supplier audit with CFT for process and preventive maintenance and handling cost Saving by process improvement

Continuous working & improvement on Plant UP-time; reduce Downtime, Plant OEE, Plant Utilization, Plant Availability for production.
