Job profile - Sourcing of Plastic molded parts , Plastic Painted Parts , Rubber , Chrome plated parts for all plants in India for 

all milestone builds.  Currently Supplier resourcing for W601 (XUV 700) , Z101 (SCORPIO), U150 (BOLERO).

According to In house capacity, lead the Subcontracting of plastic injection molding and Plastic painted parts.

Develop Zero-base/Should costing for all plastic injection molded parts to support the sales.

Develop the zero base/ Should costing of tooling considering Cost, Quality norms and delivery factors & present In front of management.

Identify, develop alternate sources for BOPs and plastic molded parts to achieve saving targets, based on renegotiation, volume discount, VA/VE Projects.

Prepare the forecast of Budget according to Annual buy value every year for the individual commodity.  Monitor and maintain TS16949 documentation & QCD status for Purchase Department.
