Job profile - Prepare work plan for the daily production target.

Plan according to present manpower.

Provide required raw material from cross functional departments.  Set manpower sitting plan for achieving production target.  Team Handling & Process checking during production.

Ensure Quality control productions. 

Plan and performs maintenance strategy effectively.

Collection of production requirements, Follow up with cross functional departments.

List all the problems to avoid production loss.  Attending the daily container dispatch meeting with seniors.

Provide all the finished products within time to avoid container delay.

Motivate to all workers for personal safety and to avoid any quality issue.
