Job Profile - Costing of P.P. Mat as per material composition and GSM.

Every new order whole operation planning like Raw material, production packaging material, packing and dispatch schedule on first stage.

Raw material planning with store department and plan require raw material order.

Production planning with production department and hand over proper production plan.

Packaging accessories requirement planning as per customer requirement with HO (Head office)

Meeting with QC department regarding customer approved tolerance, Inspection date planning, preparation and approved sample availability etc.   

Daily production tracking and meeting with production department for completion production on time. 

Daily production A , B+ , B and C grade report review and meeting with production department for how to reduce B and C grade.

Packing planning with packing department and handover approved packing PPT for Bulk packing.

Daily packing tracking and meeting with packing department for completion packing on time.

Review whole operation are going correct as per customer requirement. 

Making CLP (Container loading plan).

Meeting with vendor regarding new order planning and running order status and keep tracking it.
