Material Planning & Purchasing for Local and Import Supplier (Italy, 

Netherland, Belgium, Algeria, GCC, Singapore, Thailand, India etc).  Managed & procured the raw materials for BOPP, CPP & Stretch Films in

different categories like Homopolymers Resins, Copolymers Resins, 

Masterbatches, Aluminum, Packing material, like Pallets, Wood, Plywood, 

Paper cores, Corrugated boxes from 20 Suppliers, 450 SKUs, monthly 

purchase volume 55 Million SAR.

 Reduced the inventory from 22 DOC to 17 DOC realized the savings of 0.55

Million SAR, with vendor wise study of lead time and Material arrival 

patterns.  Achieved the cost saving of 0.45 Million SAR/Annum, by re-using the pallet 

received from one vendor to dispatch the finished good to local customer.  Ensured no line stoppage by proper Scheduling, material connectivity, Price 

negotiation for on time raw material availability and inventory management optimization
