Job profile  -

Oversees the Quality Assurance Team in the development and administration of internal and external regulations, protocols and policies as well as creates and maintains test data, performs testing and report results ensure a consistent.

Oversee details inspections of products and final products at various phases of 

production and throughout the manufacturing processes.

Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes 

related to the Quality Management System.

Time to time internal audit of smooth function & compliance of ISO norms and 

maintain documents as per ISO.

Review and give final approval for Art Works.

Review equipment calibration, validation and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and on time.

Prepare and maintain Quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet 

both internal and external expectations.

Prepare and verified COA, TDS and Customer & Internal Raw Material Specifications

for each and every product as customer requirement.

Verified and GRN clearance of all incoming Raw Materials, Inks & Packing materials

used for production & packing.

Verified daily rejection report and circulated to all concern departments daily, weekly 

monthly reports.

Ensure and verified of test result of inspection and approved finished good products.

Ensure correction & preventive action against customer complaint & internal quality issues.

Participate in process improvement teams or completes relative documentation when required.

To handle the shift persons and time to time give training like roll grading or jumbo testing and awareness of customer complaint.
