Job profile - 

Running of tea packeting centre with 30 direct employee and 300 contractor employee and packaging 150 tons / day

Maintaining and co ordination of different department like 

QC,Maintenenace,Raw material,Store,FG and House keeping

Checking daily shift performance, quality issues and machine breakdown with 

team and analyse the issue and finding root causes and deliver to the team to 

execute.

Updating and ensuring all the entries are up to date in SAP with all HOD

Finding out of major abnormality and breakdown in machine co ordination with 

OEM like Nichrome , subham ,domino and other vendors

Following Tata consumer products system updating into portal and 

participating into audit and closing the audit points.

Conducting training to the operators and team member as per training schedule.
