Being global R&D personal, working closely with US and India team for developing and maintaining good relationships with internal & external stakeholders for

collaborative efforts and speedy execution of the new product.

Designing Formulations, application development, evaluation, and Validation.

Resin & Polymer synthesis and characterization.

Coordinated with cross-functional teams for new product development and done technical 

meetings for customer support.

Coatings are developed using Silane chemistry, Sol-gel chemistry, acrylic, and PUD

chemistry, emulsions and alkyd resins. Coatings & applications: Super-hydrophobic coatings, Low surface energy coatings,

Barrier Coatings (WVTR & OTR), Heat Seal and peelable coatings, Release coatings,

soft feel & matte Coatings.

Experience in online and offline film coatings, gravure coatings, extrusion coatings.

Worked on biodegradable films by sustainability approach.

Prototype demonstration in lab, technology transfer to pilot scale, and technical

support to manufacturing facility.

The content of ideas, inventions results, and applications were recorded in a

presentable format and sharing with relevant internal & external customers for

replacement of existing products with drawbacks.

Developed 4 commercial innovative products for which 3 patents has been filed.

products of Company such as EVONIK, ARKEMA and UNITED INITIATORS(GERMANY).

Validation at customer sites for trials of new products.

Developed new methods for synthesizing peroxides for which we were offered to have joint

venture with United initiator for those peroxide speciality products. Developed Super Absorbent Polymer (S.A.P) for agricultural purpose.(Awarded Certificate Of Appreciation by Government ).
