Daily online Shift working in Process Quality control

Study and Verification of daily production plan and Job specification sheet.

Process sampling, job approval and alternate rolls sample inspection in TECL, BFL, SB and SL Lamination.

FG  Slitting sampling, inspection, and job clearance.

Testing of Raw material  Pet, Bopp, Nylon, Cpp, Poly, Foil, Paper, inks, adhesive, solvent, and packaging material and GRN clearance.

Registration of daily non-conformity in system as per minor, major and critical.

Daily Quality checklist filling, keeping counter samples and docket preparation.

Testing of Pouches  Drop test, compression, 

PSG, Rhodamine, Lipke test and autoclave test
