Analyzing of customer order & planning on every month 

Material scheduling for Local component.

Monitor work progress status against the schedule plan.  Follow up with forwarders to deliver the goods on time.  Revise the plan when original plan are not carried out and when there are change in the size 

of an order or required completion date.  Monitoring E-Kanban dashboard to maintain inventory level.  Following MR & CPC material vehicle daily form Transport.  Making GRN for all Vendor Invoices (Direct, In Direct Vendors & Import).  Planning Empty Trays Dispatch daily for material collection from vendor.  Material acknowledgement process.

 Making Invoice through SAP (Domestic billing, Export Billing, After Marketing billing, 

RSO billing).  FG Dispatch details will be communicated daily through mail to the higher officials
