Study the Feasibility and send the PFR with Proposal PPT to customer.

Prepare the Tooling Quote, Part Quote and Send to customer.

Receive the advance Payment along with Purchase Order.

Prepare the DFM, Tool Development Plan, and Send the lead time to Customer.

Review the Casting Parting line, Gate, Runner, Overflow, Air vent, Ejection and Matching area 

location, Review of Flow analysis for filling with defect free Casting and Ease Manufacturing.

Review Machining stock allowance and Manufacturing Process 2D Drawings with GD&T and 

release for all the die parts stage by stage.
