Handing Injection Molding machine like Double Color Molding MC Of Krauss Maffei (500T) mc with >Zahoransky mold, and also involve in its Maint activity also procure its Spare parts as per requirement.

Handle Injection Molding Machine of Super master, Toshiba,L&T ranging from 40T to 500T.

Conducts new moulds & material trials.

Material processed like ABS, HIPS, GPPS, ELASTOMER,PP,Filled PP

Handling different types of hot & cold runner molds like Mold Master, Yudo, Caliber and Husky etc.

Planning	and	organizing for the production according to programme.

Achieve the production target with minimum rejection.

Coordinate with m/c & mold maintenance dept. for achieving

production target & minimum m/c downtime.

Ensure max out put with min. rejection

Co ordinate with the store and purchase to ensure that the raw material and required material is in time and place.

Assist to Unit Head to take disciplinary action against the workmen who are offending.

Utilization	and	allocation	of	manpower	to	get	maximum efficiency.

Coordinate with different dept. to run smooth production.

Maintain discipline in the plant.
