Work as per BRC, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 norms & Shop floor production planning &  Control.

Line balancing, Manpower handling & Product changeover as per production targets.

Handle the Shift individually & Prepare daily production report. Records of downtime & material.

Handling DMT BOPP line with high speed 350M/min  includes 1.Extruder 2.Chiller 3.Heat exchanger etc.

Monitoring LINE & Make SOC for Lamination Film / Overwrap / white (solid)/ Pearlized / Matt Films

Analysis of rejection and find root cause for corrective and preventive actions.

Preventive Action Plan ,Co- ordinate With Maintenance Team.

SAP handling & prepare M.S. office documents effectively.

Close monitoring on troubleshoot and take shutdown activities as per management decision.
