Job Profile - To check on receipt of the material condition,documents and quantity as per PO.

Responsible for Warehouse Receipt of Materials.

To report to concerned departments of receipt and if necessary send samples for

testing,1on testing issue the material for consumption.

To prepare GR Non daily basis.

To prepare documents (Gatepass) for rejections to be returne to Security Team .

To issue materialas per the requirements of production department

To ensure correct preservation of material/handling and issue of the material.

To maintain the good house keeping in the Warehouse.

To maintain stock level sofstationary and other miscellaneous items and

verify the stock regularly.

Material Dispatch vehicle follow-up numbering & loading & unloading.

Topo stall transactions in SAP.

To make daily stock,receipt and non-availability or critical items statement.
