JOb profile  -

Responsible for all development activities including prepare Micro plan of Project, Reviewing and Updating project timeline as per customer targets.

Responsible for part readiness as per customer event like PPVT & MPP parts.

Responsible for IMDS preparation on portal & submit to customer. 

Responsible for ECN & ECI control System and implementation and their approval from customer.

Responsible for MIS P & TIS P preparation & submission to customer.

Interface with customers to ensure quality of the parts during joint inspection, timely response to the customer complaints and improvements in new and existing parts.

Responsible for customer audits related to process setup, CPPP & trials.

Tooling Modifications and corrections of rubber molding process.

Co-ordinating with the Tool Room for Development of new tools and molds.

Responsible for the Testing jig for Testing procedures and fixtures required for static and Dynamic 

Testing.      

Prepare control plans, Process flow diagram and then to allocate the Potential Failure modes in Process and their subsequent Effects.

Co-ordinate with customer related to updating of requirements.

Submit PPAP's and responsible for updating ECN (Engineering change Note) and continual improvement.

Responsible for submitting APQP (Advanced product quality planning) plan and their effective implementation. 

Weekly APQP review meeting.

Responsible for New Product Development related to Molds, jigs & fixtures for manufacturing in a least time line.

Involve in mold trials and other development activities at supplier end.

Recognizing the defects from T0 trial to SOP and doing analysis for remove those defects. 

Understand the process Injection Molding, their defects.

Responsible for Drawing Control System 

Follow up for making Event Parts with Different department.

Responsible for Event preparation check meeting.

Responsible for timely develop new parts at Vendors to meet customer events

Responsible for submitting CAPA for the customer complaints in Newly Developed Products.

Education and Training to workers to implement the Process as per control plan and the potential modes for quality issues & Defects.

To achieve the new product development and the Zero-defect target
