Job profile -

To generate BOM of allotted project and also make and update APQP for same.

To deliver Successful vehicle launches with robust production part approval discipline (PPAP) that meets program launch milestones requirements. 

Product drawing review for new parts as well as existing parts. 

To provide input to tool room for modification / new fabrication of tool.

To maintain PPAP documents for new parts and running parts. 

Coordinate internally with CFT nd Customer for timely launch of Project. 

Project wise lesson learnt need to update and Integrate failure mode avoidance processes through manufacturing feasibility assessments , FMEA , Special characteristics , Control Plan , Measurement system analysis , Capacity analysis , Manufacturing process standards compliance.
