Preparation& follow up of Project Timing plan of products with PFS/TFC declaration.

Kick off & alignment of Master Development schedule (MDS) meeting with internal team & agreement as per customer build.

Follow up & monitoring on full program implementation (i.e. Timeline, manufacturing feasibility, 

process feasibility, development, proto batch, FTG, engineering changes, tooling try out, 

program launch, LVPT/HVPT,PTR, SOP & Handover)  Conducting DWM meetings for understanding of Project status & resolving cross-functional issues at project level.

Preparation and Maintaining Project tracking sheets.

Coordination and communication development status reports with different sections within the organization.  

Working and closure on ECN raised by customer

Customer interaction & feedback against events adherence.

Working on SAP system.  Reporting on a weekly basis on the progress of various programs and escalates the issue if any.

Checking New Part feasibility by Injection, Blow process and initial Technical Review sign off TRSO with Customer.

Tracking New part development activity starting from Enquiry to sample approval at customer end.

Developed overall project plan for development of new projects with identified resources, key 

activities & critical milestone for advance risk assessment and to achieve targeted KPIs on different phases for new development

Feedback to new enquiry, EGP-DFM sign off with customer, Risk analysis with Existing tool modification.

Tool kick off discussion with Customer to finalized Design for Manufacturing DFMs and Mold Flow Analysis MFA.

Design input for checking fixture, holding fixture & post operation fixtures with timeline adherence confirmation.

Preparing APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) - corrective actions, keep the design within 

process capabilities, provide verification and validation process standards.
