Company profile -   Injection Molding Manufacturing Pet Preform ranging from 8gms to 700 gms. In Prod. Department.



Raw material consumption for a month is approximately 450 Tons. Material processed includes H.D.P.E, L.D.P.E, PP, PET etc. 

Machines Handled: 

Ferromatic OMEGA BT350 & Milacron Q-pet series 970/575

Chen-pet (180T  650T)

Toshiba. ( SHIBAURA 250 TON )

Milacron Q-PET 230 Ton & 280 Ton



Process standardization & troubleshooting of molding defects. 

Planning the activities to achieve the production target. 

Process parameter setting & monitoring. 

Analysis of machinery & equipment breakdown and delegate the work among the team for further rectifications. 

Handle efficiently different types of molds such as two plate, three plate, unscrewing mold & hot runner 

controlled molds. 

Handle the trial of new mould. 

Monitoring the process activities, quality for reducing the rate of rejection & motivating the workers for achieving the results.
