Job profile  -

Prepare all specifications of all plastic processes, execute all gages to maintain optimal quality, and assist to 

design all control plans.

Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications

Overseeing the production of new products.

Purchasing and installing, maintaining equipment.

Supervising plant operations.

Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems.

Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets

Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities

Assessing safety and environmental issues

Liaising with installation/project engineers and specialists

Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.

Manage all cost requests, establish all manufacturing costs and equipments, and maintain knowledge on all 

safety requirements for various processes.

Future Goals: 
Having around 7 years of experience in the field of Plastic engineering, production, processing, testing, machines, 

operations and manufacturing. Having good experience of machine operation and production planning with tools,
