Theysohn TTS 88, Theysohn TTS 108 Machine (SIZE 1/2 Inch TO 400MM).

Having Knowledge about compounding of UPVC and also basic knowledge of Pipe testing.

Having knowledge about maintenance of Extruder machine.

Maintain daily production and maintenance report in required format.

Able to handle contract manpower on the machine.

Job purpose is to run the extrusion machine to produce desired output with maximum utilization of resources and minimum scrap generation.

Sets up and operates an extrusion machine in accordance with established procedures, guideline and customer requirement.

Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of extrusion machine and quality standard

Familiar with the die setting and material conveying system.

Responsibility to check the chemical compound use to make PVC pipe before final

makeas on Daily basis check.

Responsible for process inspection of job carried out in Injection molding Department.

Related to Shop Floor activities such as 5-S and Kaizen.

To solve Product problems during and set-up.

To carried out production according to the given plan.

Direct dealing with Man power.

To maintain the Production report with truthful data.

Control rejection at in-house analysis the problems.
