Taking care of overall activities of Production, , Tool room new product development, design of Bush boots/, Extruded

Electrical Components.

ISO-9001-2015, 14001-2015, 45001- documents updating/ preparation, New SOP/Revision/document change, control

Plan, Preparation for all operational activities.

Development/Modification of moulds for dip moulding,

Preventive/Autonomous Maintenance of -Machines, Ovens etc.

To Communicate with marketing team, regarding orders, sample & new development. (Up wards & down ward)

To do ISO audit preparation, Initiatives & NC closures within timeline.

Supervising the work of junior staff (Tool room, design, QA & Production)

MIR/BMR preparation with 4QD with action plan to achieve all the targeted goals of management.

Make OPR as per work order. (Weekly) With a target of internal delivery more 95%

Manpower (25 operators, 8 staff) planning focused on labour productivity as per machine & packaging schedules to

achieve the delivery /O.E.E. targets.

Daily production & QA inspection reports verification like slab testing, die-electric testing etc, Product application

requirements as per guidelines of ISO-9001-2015 & ASTM etc.

Stock verification, inventory monitoring Monthly & annual & action plans to reduce the WIP

BOM making, RM planning for existing & planned orders.

6S & Driving such improvement activities in shop floor .

Tacking the sole responsibility to develop the manufacturing process as per requirement .

Conduct the machine audits and follow up the corrective action and preventive action plan.

Interaction with the PPC for smooth function of production line
