Hydraulic based injection molding machines Ferromatic ,L&T,HAITIAN,ENGLE,NANRONG,TOSHIBA,JSW,HISHIYA,ELECTRONICA,BOLE,FANUC,ZAFFIR,TOYO,TOSHIBA,LS,MITSUBISHI Hydraulic & fully Electrical Injection Moulding machines from 90 TON to 3500 TON & DEVYANSHI PLC. 

Programming on injection Moulding machines.

Operating utility machines ((D.G. Set, 250 KVA, 500 KVA),Air Compressor(up to168 cfm),Cooling   Tower (150 TR Delta type), LT Panel, Capacitor bank etc.

Basic knowledge of HRTC, Drive (Delta and ABB) and servo motor.

Monitoring of all machines (check supply, air leakage, water leakage) to save energy.

Regularly reviewing machine and preparing daily check sheet for effective maintenance.

Prepare MRM, MIS report for all machines.

Reviewing machine history card & monitor b/d trends of m/c to improve MTBF & to reduce MTTR with the help of why - why analysis.

Recording daily Parameter reading of main DHBVN meter, main LT meter, and Air compressor hour meter and summarized area wise data.

Making provision of electricity amount and electricity bill submission.

Planning preventive maintenance with the help of production department & ensuring it's compliance's as per plan.

Planning spare parts & inventory control all critical parts & purchasing spare parts.

Making shift schedule for all technicians and fitters.

Implementing 5s activities, Kaizen, TPM, and System.

Installation & Commissioning new machines.To handle internal audit related to machine, documents, 5S, and close NC points if any.
