Planning and Prioritizing the production operation in injection molding. Determining the man power raw material and packing material availability to start a production. Schedule shift according production needs. Monitor the jobs to ensure they finish the production on time and without defects. Obtain output information from production report. Weekly contain the meeting to aware the machine operating and packing the product. Prepare the OEE chart for production. To follow the 5s. IATF 16949 Documentation maintaining.
