Ensure and perform mould change as per schedule

Setting and performing trail of new injection moulds

Repair and servicing of production moulds

Plan and fabricate of new moulds for mass production

Assist in development and improvement of current and new moulds

Work with product managers and product engineers to provide input on tooling direction

Conform the product as per quality requirement and adjust parameter in PLC

Work knowledge in WEDM,SEDM and BLASTING MACHINE

Update moulds preventive maintenance records and keep track of moulds history

Establish proper moulding conditions

Perform mould and insert changes

Start up injection moulding machine and process adjustment

Ensure 5S and safety precautions in tool room
