Job Profile - To achieve production targets with high efficiency with time based top quality output.

To set the line as per production plan.

Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre set production targets.

Planning day-to-day activities, production schedules, all coating work and conducting.

Inspection/ tests for checking performance capacity of various machines and equipments.

Responsible all production related activity & complete line plan in given time.

Set all process parameter for various products.

To carryout daily preventive maintenance of process related equipment.

To attend major maintenance breakdown.

To arrange raw materials and other related inputs as per production plan.

To carryout in process inspection of film per the guidelines & quality norms.

To spot out the problem areas and inform Line Manager with suggestions. Generate the shift

documents. i.e. Daily reports, Monthly reports  Shift efficiency, Machine efficiency, Control

charts.

To implement systems and measures to bring out higher machine efficiencies and reduction in wastage

on a continuous basis.
