Manage of finish goods and raw material.

Provide timely report as required to upper management.

Immediately solve any minor production related issue or break down.

Through knowledge of masterbatches equipment such as Extruder and Kneader Machine.

Team player and be a good leader supervisor to all employees working under him.

Man power handling. 

Generate necessary Test Reports at the sub assembly stage.Maintaining the     Safety during the shift.

Work on daily basis like new recipe entry, finish good production inspection, and correct recipe commercialized product during production, etc.

Basic knowledge of Pigments.
