Manpower arrangement

Divide tasks amongst the co-ordinators.

Optimize production process, quality and quantity

Identify and solve problems during shift on shop floor in systematic way

Report technical deficiencies to egg. maintenance/ technical department

Monitor if all procedures and work instructions are followed while performing   operation.

Exchange relevant information with executives and seniors

Monitor quality of and product.

Achieve desired production output, BBS activity and EMS activity

Reducing scrap and defect to minimum possible level

Maintaining shop floor discipline in the section

Encouraging and motivating workmen to do quality job

Ensure safe working conditions as safety is individual responsibility

Reduction in scrap levels and defects

Follow and help others to follow WI / SOP

Improvement in quality of the product.

Stop and Correction for abnormalities in Production, Quality, Machine Escalation for major delays, scrap & defects.
