Production Planing,& Process monitoring ( Parameters and Yields) .

Operates extrusion line ( colour matching dimension setting) , parameter setting, maintenance of equipment.

Ensuring safety norms,5S sustenance at shop floor.

Generating and updating ERP .

Implement ion GMP and Process improvement ,Kaizen.

Quality assurance as per customer QCP.

Operation managing ( operates extrusion,material selection ,manpower training ,Prepare reports)

Focus on optimal utilization of resources ,reduce chance of wastage& try to get maximum yield .

Maintain Finished goods according to Quality and standard set by management

prepare checklist for all equipment according to frequency.

Implement various technique 5S,Kai zen,risk assessment ( mainly Physical and machinery),Lean six sigma.
