Manpower handling Team Size 30& monitoring of production as per process control plans etc.

 Daily problems analysis & corrective action, Focus on productivity improvement & Rejections control.

Daily basis DPR report.

To prepare daily production RM and Lot Data sheet.

To prepare daily production report soft/ Hard copy. 

Material planning as given order.

To reduce costing As per Business plan. 

Preparing Plant related documents, work instructions, Rejections data, and monthly production report.
