Job profile  -

Responsible for overall management of shop floor.

Coordinate machine and set-up planning to meet production plan.

Lead the daily activities of the production and quality, process supervisors and technicians.

Technically oversee and support validations of new products/ molds.

Responsible for the preventive maintenance of molds and machines. 

Oversee quality assurance, rejection analysis.

Ensuring parts availability for dispatches as per customer plan.

Coordinate with HR for all people related issues.

Ensures goods are produced in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications.

Ensuring that the production is cost effective.

Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.

Review worker performance, supervise and motivate them.

Assists Machine/Shift Supervisor/Mold change team with mold/color changes as needed.

Maintain good housekeeping in and around the machine and within department.

Ensure that the health and safety guidelines are followed.
