A blend of experience of  multi layer co extrusion plant production 

Planning / maintenance.

Supervise and direct a team of Operators to achieve set production targets.

Monitor and ensure product raw material stock to avoide unplanned production interruptions.

Experience in maintaining machineries like pump, chillers and knowledge of required mechanical components

Active involvement in preventive & scheduled maintenance with emphasis on set production requirements.

Setting machine parameters as demanded by product specification.

Coordinate and act accordingly in liaison with sales, Maintenance and stores to ensure timely production demands. 

Ensuring quality and safety standards are met as per company led requirements.
