Taking important decisions in absence of seniors to ensure smooth flow of work in various depts.

Creating awareness among concerned operators in each process so as to ensure they deliver required quality parameters and minimize the wastage. Giving feedback on job history and criticality regarding the jobs to the operation crew.

Identify the deviations in the process and correcting the same.

Looking into machine breakdowns and ensuring that they are rectified as soon as possible with the help of the maintenance dept.
