Incoming RM checking. 

COA preparation as per daily Dispatch plan to avoid customer complaints. 

JSS preparation of pouching jobs. 

FG material quality checking for different material like laminates and pouches. 

Independently handling of Quality Instruments like COF tester, UTM 

testing Machine, Bursting strength tester, GSM tester, Leakage tester, 

compression tester, Tearing strength tester and seal and leak tester. 

CAPA preparation. Address customer complaints, take ownership of 

problems that arise and follow through to ensure that corrective action is 

taken. Investigate root cause and long-term correction action when 

required in pouching division. 

Co-ordination with CSE for product feasibility.

Development of pouches like Dettol, drools jobs.

Customer approval through mock-up preparation.
