Job profile  -

Dispatch the material as per FIFO basis.

Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the materials supplies.

Co-ordination from transporters for vehicle arrangement as per dispatch plan.

Checking purchase order placed by customer and generating sales order against purchase order placed by customer.

Preparing entire shipping document (Domestic and Export)Pro-Forma invoices as per customer demand, commercial invoice, packing list, E-way Bill, IRN generation of invoice etc

Sending scan copy of documents to customer after receipt of B\L.

Receiving Freight Bills from the transporters after thorough checking, against supply made during the month. Provision freight generation. Freight analysis for FTL & PTL.
