Responsible for Dispatch & Stores etc.

Responsible for day to day activity of Dispatch& store providing supportsto supply chain function.

Record & verify the inward & outward material movement.

GRN making process.  Maintain the stock.  Dispatch finisbed goods.

Maintain the system of FIFO(FIRST INFIRST OUT)

Receive and Store the material as per POand issue schedule.

Follow up with production d.ept. for Store material against Dispatch plan.  Follow up with transporter fortimely delivery of material at customer end.  Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly consumption reports.  Physical verification of inventories in various forms(Floor WIP and finished stock)

Checked& Stock transfer in FG Location.  Create the sale Invoice as per customer S.O.

Create sale Invoice against E-Way bills.  Generate E-way bill.

Generate E-way bill.

Update part A and Part B ,And Extend validity ,Update multi vehicle

Share the FG Stock sto management of daily basis.  Daily Dispatch as per Dispatch plan.  Arrange the vehicle& making advance loading plan.  Materialto the supplier for timely delivery by mail and telephonic.  Cross checking the Invoice through the purct lases order
