Responsible for material requirement planning as per the marketing plan. Releasing purchase order to vendor for direct & indirect materials in SAP. Responsible for the supplier delivery schedule, daily /weekly shipment plan. Monitoring daily shortage report and take CAPA to avoid failure. Inventory management of brought out parts at stores. ABC classification of the components and availability as per management guidelines. FIFO to be followed strictly to avoid any dead inventory. Applying zero cost analysis for the cost reduction and making saving reports on monthly basis. Supplier rating, evaluation & supplier development plan. MIS report on monthly / weekly basis.
